At Good Origins Store, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, please review our policy below and reach out to us — we are here to help.
Return Window
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible, your return request must be raised within this window and the product must meet the conditions outlined below.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused, unopened, and in their original packaging with seals intact.
- Free from damage caused by misuse or improper storage.
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or invoice).
Non-Returnable Items
- Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with.
- Items purchased during a sale or with a discount code (unless defective).
- Gift cards and combo kit components once opened.
- Products returned outside the 7-day window.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
How to Initiate a Return
- Email us at support@goodoriginsstore.com with the subject line Return Request — [Your Order Number].
- Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for return.
- Our team will review your request and respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions and a pickup/drop-off option.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund.
Refund Process
- Approved refunds are credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days of us receiving the return.
- COD orders are refunded via bank transfer (you will need to provide your bank details).
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
- You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been initiated.
Exchange Policy
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return your existing item (subject to the conditions above) and place a new order.
