About Our Products

Are Good Origins Store products 100% natural?

Yes! We formulate our products with naturally derived, plant-based ingredients. We avoid harsh sulphates, parabens, and synthetic fragrances. Every ingredient is carefully chosen for its efficacy and safety.

Are your products cruelty-free and vegan?

All Good Origins Store products are cruelty-free — we do not test on animals at any stage. Most of our products are also vegan; any non-vegan ingredient (such as honey or beeswax) is clearly listed on the label.

Are your products suitable for sensitive skin?

Our formulations are gentle and designed for all skin types, including sensitive skin. However, we always recommend doing a patch test before full use, especially if you have known allergies to specific plant extracts.

What is the shelf life / expiry of your products?

All products have a 24-month shelf life from the date of manufacture. The best-before date is printed on every product label. Once opened, we recommend using within 12 months for best results.

Are your hair oils suitable for all hair types?

Yes, our hair oils are formulated to suit straight, wavy, curly, and coily hair types. They work well for both oily and dry scalp conditions. For specific concerns, check the product description for guidance.

Ordering & Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm), credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay), net banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD). All online payments are secured by our payment gateway partner.

Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?

Yes, COD is available on select pin codes across India. The option will appear at checkout if your pin code is eligible. A small COD handling fee may apply.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

Orders can be modified or cancelled within 2 hours of placing them. After that, your order moves into processing and cannot be changed. Please email support@goodoriginsstore.com immediately if you need to make changes.

How do I track my order?

Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email and SMS. Use it to track your shipment directly on the courier partner's website. You can also contact us for a status update.

Shipping & Delivery

How long does delivery take?

Standard delivery takes 5–7 business days. Express delivery (2–3 business days) is available for ₹99 extra. Delivery times may vary based on your location.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! Enjoy free standard shipping on all orders above ₹499. No code needed — it is applied automatically at checkout.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship only within India. We hope to expand internationally in the future — follow us on @goodoriginsstore for updates.

My order hasn't arrived within the expected time. What should I do?

First, check your tracking link for the latest status. If the order is significantly delayed or marked as undelivered, please email us at support@goodoriginsstore.com and we will investigate immediately.

Returns & Refunds

How do I return a product?

Email us at support@goodoriginsstore.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the process.

Can I return an opened product?

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on opened or used products due to hygiene reasons — unless the product was received damaged or defective.

How long does it take to receive my refund?

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method. You will receive a confirmation email when the refund is initiated.

I received a damaged product. What should I do?

We're sorry to hear that! Please email us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the damaged product and packaging. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund.
