1 Delivery options

Business days are Monday–Saturday, excluding public holidays. Times are estimates and may vary by location and courier availability.
2 Order processing
- Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed the next business day.
- You’ll get an order confirmation email immediately, and a dispatch email with tracking once it ships.
3 Shipment tracking
Once dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number by email and SMS — use it on the courier partner’s website. You can also use our Track Order page or email [email protected] for updates.
4 Payments
- All orders are prepaid — UPI, cards, net banking and wallets.
- We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD).
- International orders ship prepaid only.
5 International shipping
