    Ubtan Face Pack with Seven Ingredients, Nothing Else

    A traditional ubtan face pack is a mix of ground grains and botanicals, and ours keeps to seven: bengal gram, green gram, raw rice flour, dried orange peel, dried rose petals, calamus root and vetiver. Used as an ubtan face pack it lifts away dead skin, tan and dullness without soap, microplastics or synthetic scrub beads. Gentle enough for the face, effective enough for the whole body.

    Face & Body Scrub — a traditional ubtan-inspired exfoliator made with organic Bengal gram, organic green gram, organic raw rice flour, dried orange peel, dried rose petals, calamus root, and vetiver. Gently removes dead skin cells, unclogs pores, and reveals brighter, smoother skin — no chemicals or microplastics.

    This 7-ingredient formula follows centuries-old Indian beauty traditions. Bengal gram and green gram gently cleanse and exfoliate without drying, rice flour brightens and smooths, calamus root purifies, and vetiver adds a soothing, cooling effect for even sensitive skin. Gentle enough for daily face care and effective enough for full-body exfoliation.

    How to use

    1Make a pasteMix 1–2 tsp with water, milk or rose water into a smooth paste.
    2Apply & scrubMassage gently over damp face or body in circular motions for 1–2 minutes.
    3Rinse offWash with lukewarm water and pat dry. Use 2–3 times a week.
    Tip: For extra glow, mix with raw milk or yoghurt instead of water — the lactic acid boosts brightening.

    How do I use an ubtan face pack?
    Mix one to two tablespoons with milk, curd, rose water or honey into a paste. Massage gently in circles, leave ten minutes, then rinse.
    Does this ubtan contain turmeric?
    No. Ours is the seven ingredients listed and turmeric is not one of them. If you want turmeric in the mix, add a pinch of our kasturi manjal yourself.
    Can I use it on my body?
    Yes. It was traditionally used head to toe, and it works particularly well before a shower.
