What’s inside

Epsom salt, with real hibiscus extract

Real Epsom salt is magnesium sulphate, a mineral compound that dissolves fully in warm water to help muscles relax. We add just a touch of pure hibiscus extract — no synthetic fragrance — for a soft, floral aroma.

How to use

1Run a warm bathFill your tub with comfortably warm water. Warmth helps the magnesium dissolve fully and relaxes your muscles.
2Add your Epsom saltStir in about 2 cups (roughly 300g) and let it dissolve completely. For a foot soak, use half a cup in a basin of warm water.
3Soak and unwindSettle in for 15 to 20 minutes. Rest your shoulders, breathe slowly, and let the warm water do the work.
4Rinse and restRinse off, pat dry and moisturise. It’s at its best in the evening, before bed.
Tip: For a pampering evening, soak by candlelight and follow with a rich moisturiser while skin is still warm.

Questions

FAQs

Does it stain the tub or skin?
No — it’s a light hibiscus-scented soak, not a heavy dye. It rinses clean and leaves no colour behind.
How much should I use?
Around 2 cups (roughly 300g) in a full warm bath, or half a cup in a basin for a foot soak. There’s no need to measure exactly — more salt simply makes a richer soak.
How often can I use it?
2 to 3 times a week works well for most people, or any time your muscles feel tired and tight. It’s gentle enough for regular use.
Is it safe for sensitive skin?
Yes — it’s pure Epsom salt with a touch of essential oil, no dyes or harsh additives. As with any soak, do a quick patch test first if your skin is very reactive, and avoid use on broken skin.
Can I use it just for my feet?
Absolutely. Dissolve half a cup in a basin of warm water and soak tired, achy feet for 15 minutes — lovely after a long day of standing or walking.
How is this different from your Bath Salts?
Our 1kg Epsom Salts are pure magnesium-rich soaks focused on muscle relief and relaxation. Our 300g Bath Salts are a different, more indulgent blend with pink Himalayan, black and dead sea salts and floral botanicals.
