    Henna powder for hair should be one plant and nothing else. Ours is pure lawsonia inermis, triple-sifted so it mixes smooth instead of gritty and releases colour evenly. No PPD, no ammonia, no metallic salts, none of the things that make box mehndi risky on treated hair. It colours, covers greys and conditions in the same step.

    Henna Powder — triple-sifted, 100% pure homegrown Lawsonia inermis that delivers rich, natural hair colour while deeply conditioning. Free from chemicals, PPD, metallic salts, or artificial dyes.

    Cover greys naturally, add rich auburn-burgundy tones, or simply condition and strengthen your hair.     How to use

    1Make a pasteMix 1–2 tsp with water, rose water, milk or honey into a smooth paste.
    2Apply as a packSpread an even layer over clean skin, avoiding the eye area.
    3Rinse offLeave 10–15 minutes until almost dry, then rinse with lukewarm water. Use 2–3× a week.
    Tip: Always apply to clean skin and never let the pack fully dry and crack — rinse while still slightly tacky.

    Henna alone gives a coppery-red. For brown or black, apply henna first, then a second layer of indigo — the two-step method gives richer, darker shades.

    Does henna dry out hair?

    How do I mix henna powder for hair?
    Mix with warm water or black tea into a yoghurt-like paste, cover it and let it rest four to six hours for dye release, then apply.
    Will this henna give black hair?
    No. Pure henna gives a red-orange to deep auburn tone depending on your base colour. Anything sold as black henna contains chemical dye, which we do not use.
    Is it safe on coloured or chemically treated hair?
    Pure henna is, though colour results vary on treated hair. Always strand test first.
    Does henna dry the hair?
    It can with repeated use. Mixing in amla or bhringraj, or adding a spoon of curd, keeps it conditioning.
